What this looks like in practice
A board member’s question on Tuesday afternoon.
A board member emails the business manager at 4:12 on a Tuesday. He wants substitute cost trend by school, by month, for the year. The board meeting starts at six.

- $0 year one platform fee. Foundational access includes up to 25 employee seats. Additional seats at a 50% discount during the Cohort year.

- The MAV mobile app with AliV access for every Cohort employee.
- The Purchase Orders and Requisitions (POR) app, optional, available for implementation in Phase 1.
- AliVista University training available to every employee in your district each year you use MAV, regardless of MAV seat count.
- The AliVista AI Library built from how Georgia districts actually do the work.
- Always-on capabilities: Governance Dashboard, Staff Capacity Tracker, AliVista Readiness Guide, included from launch day.

Questions Districts Ask
Three answers Georgia superintendents want first.
The founding cohort is deliberately a cross section of Georgia districts, not just the most advanced. What qualifies a district: superintendent buy-in, two designated Champions, and one genuine operational challenge. That is the floor.
Year one is $0. Founding membership includes up to 25 MAV employee seats. Additional MAV seats at a 50% discount during the Cohort year. AliVista University training is available to every employee each year you use MAV, regardless of MAV seat count. Year-two pricing is provided in writing before year one begins: a 25% discount on the standard rate.
Yes. The founding cohort is open to Georgia districts regardless of whether they currently use the MBC HCM platform. Cohort participation requires being on the MAV platform, because that is how the tools, the data security, and the governance record all connect.
